Spring Fever

The Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge this week is "Spring Fever"  This image is from Beckys Place and is called "Nell on a Bicycle", she is cute!  Coloured with Copic and Touch Pens, added some flowers and bling, then a little description of Spring Fever.

    Oh my gosh that image is awesome!! DH has an Aunt Nell that kind of looks like her!!! Great ATC!!
