Fan-Tastic Tuesday #16 - 31 December - Anything Goes/Happy New Year

A nice and simple project to finish off the year, Happy New Year to everyone.

I've used Lil Diva Hicky New Year, which can be found at Stitchy Bear, our sponsors for this week.

I've made a fat page with this cute partying bear, coloured with copics and some added glitter, mounted on some bright striped card, I have added gold lettering and some gold edging to complete my fat page.
