This month there was a Creative Flower sheet. I printed out the flowers in 3 sizes, coloured with copic pens. The 3 layers of the sunflower were layered, the other flower had a centre which I thought would look good standing up.
After colouring this flower and fussy cutting the 3 layers, I then cut across the top and down the sides of the centres. This left me with a piece the could stand up and a hole in which I could thread the other layers. (bit hard to explain), I wanted bright vibrant colours, we are heading into winter, so this is when I start to go wild with colours and dreaming of Spring.
I placed the flowers on different coloured cardstock, adding some netting, lace and ribbon to complete the card.
