Rainbow Girl

 Here is this month's image for the Progressive/Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz.  Rainbow Girl from All Dressed Up.

Decided to be a bit different and have made a monochrome card.  Coloured with Copic pens and some glitter, rubber stamped sentiment completes the card.
