CHNS Patterned Paper for September Challenge

Time for a new Patterned Paper Challenges at CHNS.  If you use patterned paper on a project, hop over and check out the challenge.  Only requirement is to use Patterned Paper.a

This month I have made a card using Stampin Up paper and an image from Bugaboo called Mouse Balloons.

Coloured with Copic Pens and fussy cut, layered onto the patterned with double sided tape in the mouse area and with 3d squares under the balloons to lift them off the page.
