Crafter's Cafe Challenge #265 Flowers

The theme at the Crafter's cafe this fortnight is "Flowers"  and we have three great sponosors

 Stampers Delight

I chose an image from Fred She Said to make a birthday card.  I have a fond spot for Hollyhocks, they were the first flowers my Mother taught me to embroidery.  I have tried growing them, so far no luck.

The hollyhocks have been coloured with Copic Pens, typed sentiment and a small wooden birdcage complete the card.

Second project is a digital layout featuring a hibiscus that we have growing in our backyard.  The digital papers, brads, candle flowers and sentiment all come from the Flower Power kit at Decosse's Doodles.  There are a lot more pieces in the kit and you could win the full kit this month.

Check all the details at the challenge blog.
