CHNC #501 - Include a Reindeer 1st Aug.

This weeks optional choice is to include a Reindeer.  I have diecut a card base to create the shaped card.  Adding green cardstock and patterned paper strip down the side. The reindeers and sleigh are small wooden elements, the sleigh and rudolph's nose have been coloured with copic pens.

Daffodil Day

This month for the challenge at The Fairy and The Unicorn I have used an image which includes a daffodil.

I'm not sure about the rest of the world, but in Australia, August is the month we have daffodil day to raise money for cancer research. This year the date is 23rd August.  If you live in Australia, please buy a bunch of Daffodils, or a badge to help the charity.

The image has been coloured with copic pens and die cut, some little yellow flowers and glitter complete the card.

Pearly Sparkles, Anything Goes, August Challenges

Anything Goes this month at Pearly Sparkles.  I have used an image from A day for Daisies, called, "Fairy Kitty"

Coloured with copic pens and cut with a doily diecut, then layered onto another doiley diecut.  The sentiment and borders are from Stampin up stamps.

Tag time

My tag features an image from Beccy's Place called, Rose Hat. Coloured with copic pens and fussy cut, layered onto pink cardstock and striped kraft paper.  Small flowers and leaf ribbon, which is from Stampin Up completes my tag.

CHNC Christmas #499 - 18th July

This week's optional twist is to use a punch or diecut.  The image has been coloured with pencils and fussy cut.  The using one piece of Patterned Paper, I have used 3 nesting dies to diecut the shapes.  The strip of 25 Christmas Day is from the back of the same patterned paper.

 I chose Relaxed Guy to make a birthday card.  Love doing a bit of paper piecing, and used patterned paper for his arm chair and his tie.  The rest of the image has been coloured to Copic Pens.  Patterned paper background and a diecut sentiment completes my card.
