The Crafter's Cafe Challenge #92 -Thank You Card - 26th November, 2014

Two great sponsors this week
Sassy Studio Designs
 http://sassystudiodesigns.blogspot.com.au/
Oak Pond
https://www.etsy.com/shop/OakPondCreations Creations

I've used two cute images from Sassy this week, "Holiday Pie " and "Little Honey's Tinker Bell" for my thank you cards.

Holiday Pie has been coloured with Copic Pens, I have used a Martha Stewart Circular punch to shape the front of the card and hand cut the scallops on the back.of the card, adding some designer pasper to the inside. Some bling, a hand made bow and a typed sentiment to complete the card.

Little Honey's Tinker Bell has been coloured with brown copics, I have coloured this image a number of times before, but thought for my Northern friends entering Autumn, lets go with browns this time. I've added some glitter to her wings and a rose to her hair, mounted on designer paper and kraftcard, little sentiment completes my card.

An a big thankyou for visiting my blog.

A study in Black and White

These are some of my favourite photos of myself (I ususally hide from the camera lens), they span 23 years.  One of them is my all time favourite, can you guess which?

The quote on the layout is:
A coloured photo shows the colour of the clothes;
A black and white photo shows the colour of the soul.

I have merged the five photos with masks and layered with a bugaboo image called "Blocks Hummingbird, check out their designs HERE

This weeks Sponsor is
 Fred She Said
Prize: $10.00 voucher

I chose 'Ornaments" to create my Christmas Cards, there are 4 different ornaments in the set,I chose to use one of them, but to colour them differently, both have been coloured with Copic and Touch pens.

This one has been die cut and layered on another diecut, with light and dark green card stock and ribbon trimmings with a gold Sentiment.

For this card I use cream cardstrock, scallop cut the image and some yellow and blue cardstock. Punched out an edging and layered it with ribbon.  Punched some holly leaves and added some red pearls.  This one also has a gold sentiment.
