This was my place to begin......
This month trying to use use a new technique. I saw this many years ago, and thought I would try it, I need lots and lots more practice.
I found an old children's book where the scenes could be cut around to give a 3d effect. Hard to explain, but looking at the castle page, I have the back page with the person and dog looking over something, I cut around the outer page section of the castle, leaving the spine side still intact.
A couple of pages further back I found another
picture of the castle, again cut around the castle outer page side, this
gave me a 2d effect of the castle. Then the people were another page,
same technique. The left hand page was a lot more difficult and could
be a lot better, still trying to work out what to do with the middle
section, I should have done more pages, but was not confident enough.
but I will give this another go through the year, once I find the right
book.

I love your altered book Cass, the pages you've done here are wonderful- especially the castle! You must do some more!
