Time to trim the Tree
A Christmas card that was ever so easy to make. I have used a Martha Stewart Branch punch, I punched branches out of two different green papers, lots and lots of little branches, then I covered a triangle with them, I have added some pearls, a couple of tiny lights and white liquid pearl to give some branches a snowy effect, cut out some painted paper for the trunk, mounted on 3 different papers and added a sentiment. If you have this punch, give it a try.

A little Bear to wish you a Happy Birthday
I've used a printed image on this birthday card, an Autumn bear I found on Crafts U Print,
I have followed this sketch pretty closely, usually I turn or flip, but not this time. The card has been totally made with scraps from my card collections, the hessian is from an old shopping bag I have cut up, you get a lot in a bag and they are so cheap at the supermarkets, yeah! I have recycled something. Little roses to match the cardboard and a stamped sentiment. This is a birthdasy card for a young woman I know who always gives bear cards, now she can have one.

Halloween
I got this cute witch from the Rick St Dennis Newsletter, if you sign up to recieve the newsletter you get a freebie each month Check out Rick's store HERE.
I have used different inks for the back ground, drew some webs and highlighted them with black Kindy Glitter, Coloured Callista with Copic pens, added Kindy glitter to her clothes and hair and Kindy 3D to the snake. I thought the snake looked frightened so I made a little spider with googly eyes, added a purple mesh bow to complete the Halloween tag.

The Crafters Cafe Challenge No 31
I can't wait to see what everyone does this week at the Crafters Cafe. The theme is Just a bit "out there"- you interpet (could be outerspace, scary, outside...) I went for scary, al;though not this thin, I can have my mad moments when things get too much! I used an image from Rick St Dennis called "Art will set you free" and it can be found HERE together with lots of amazing images. I needed a new Art Journal for a course I am taking, and this image made me smile, so here is my journal
I have used the name of the digi as the sentimebnt on my journal, I have coloured the image with Copic and Touch Pens in the no lines method, I still don't know whether I like this method or not, some parts I really like, e.g. her frock.
