Red White and Blue



This great image is from East Wind - "Lucy Loo" and she came with this month's newsletter.  There were a few Red White and Blue challenges going on and as Australia's flag is also those colours I used them on my card.  Luce Loo has been coloured with copic pens and fussy cut.  I then glued her to some black cardstock and cut around the image again leaving a margin of black, helps her pop of the page.
