I knew what I wanted to do, but had to try a few different techniques. First I embossed the image onto the card. Tried inking the image, didn't quite work out, so I tried some ShainHanart Touch pens over the embossed image. Because the card stock is thick and has a sheen coating, meant the pens did not penetrate to the back. Added a little thankyou sentiment and coloured lace to match the flowers.
This weeks challenge is to make a thankyou card and send it to some.

What a pretty card. Love the details and colors. Thanks for your entry in our Tuesday Throwdown Challenge. Happy Crafting!
Isn't that pretty? And it sounds like you had some fun trying new things to make your beautiful card. I love how the branch and bird are on the top half of your card because branches are up high in nature!
Thanks for playing with us at PDE Linky Party!

I love the technique you chose to use on your embossing, it looks lovely and I love the little lace divider you used. My favorite part is choosing not to do anything with the lower part leaving the white space. It's perfect! Thanks for sharing your talent at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges.,
