The Crafter's Cafe Challenge #210- 2 in one challenge - 15/12/18

At the Crafter's Cafe this fortnight the themes are "Use Glitter and/or Christmas"

Three great sponsors

DR DIGI'S HOUSE OF STAMPS
Prize: 2 images
MMEDELILLUSTRATIONS
Prize 3 images
SPARKLE N SPRINKLE
I have used 2 images from Dr Digi and Xmas Pud, to redo my Christmas Pudding recipe in my Recipe Scrapbook Journal.  And, just in time.  I have been using this book for some years now and only just realised the pages are perforated for easy removal. Oops! the page came out, so I have typed up the recipe and created a new page in the recipe journal.

I have used Little Tipsy pens for colouring the images.  Fussy cut and layered them onto the recipe page, which I have now reinforce for holly paper, bit of glitter and silver edging completes the double page.

The recipe is one both my Grandmothers used, they said they got it out of a paper.  That would have to be at least 100years ago.  Christmas just wouldn't be the same without this pudding.

What a lovely project you have created. It is important to keep recipes that we use a lot safe and in a book like this it is perfect. Thank you for entering the Colour Crazy Challenge and best wishes in the draw. Kym (Colour Crazy Challenge Design Team Member).

PS: Wishing you and your family a happy Christmas and all the best for a happy, healthy and very crafty 2019

Hi Cass! I love scrapbooked recipes and my group of crafty gals had a recipe swap a few years back and I made my own cookbook out of them. Yours is very fun! Thanks so much for joining my month long Handmade Holiday Magic blog challenge and good luck :)
