CHNC Christmas #452

This weeks challenge is Anything Goes, optional "Embossing Wet or Dry".  I have used an image from QKR, called " Hanging Stars" coloured with copic pens and attached to the embossed clouds using a wobble springs. Three small diecut stars and a stamped sentiment completes the card.
