This month's freebie at The Outlawz Progressive Freebie challenge is an image from Sandra, called Icecream.
I thought it was a great image to do some paper piecing, something I love dooing, but haven't for a while.
I used 4 different papers and layered them. The background I created by repeatedly typing a quote I had once seen, highlighting the word Ice-cream in different places. Ribbon top and bottom together with the sentiment completes the card.

first love the play on words for the sentiment. Amazing background created too.
How cute, love your pun for the sentiment! Thanks for sharing with us at the Alphabet Challenge.
Great card Cass!!! Love the idea for that background!!!! Thanks for joining The Outlawz Progressive challenge!
What a wonderful food-inspired card. I love the idea of paper piecing to create the main motif - such a clever way to use leftover papers! I also like how you created your own background with something that matches your main theme. The fun sentiment is a brilliant addition, such a fun pun. Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
Hugs, Veronika
