Polka Doodles - Challenge

Polkadoodles has a sketch this week

I've used paper and an image from the Cherry Blossom CD, altered the colour around the cupcake and added some larger stars to the background.

I've made a tag, with a bear image coloured with copics and some stars and glitter added, the background has been made with pearl ink spritzed over some white cardstock.Added some flowers and ribbon to complete the tag
