November - Harvest Basket

This months image from Imagine that is "Harvest Basket", which came with coloured and non coloured images and sentiments.  I loved the colours of the image and used a precoloured version.

I digitally created the card topper, I took a lighter colour from the grapes, I also extracted just the grapes and placed them onto the background colour.  Then using some colour from the pear I used a brush to create the edging, then layered on the image and sentiment.

Once printed onto linen paper, I cut and layered on to bright cardstock.  The finishing touch is glossy accents on the grapes.  The glossy accent not only gave them a gloss but also darkened all the grapes.

Oh I was wondering how you did this?!! *Ü* Very unique Cass, I love the glossy accents on those grapes, they really POP out at you, very nice colors too :) Isn't it so fun to get in there and play with brushes and seeing what you can create?! Thanks so much for sharing this with us in our DOTM challenge. Autumn Blessings xKris
