The Crafter's Cafe #240 - 15th April, Flowers

The sponsor at Crafter's Cafe this fortnight is:

SheepskiDesigns

I chose Daisy Panel to create a picture.  This is something I haven't done for quite a while, but hey! nothing much else to do a the moment except housework.

The drawing is quite intricate and there were small parts I needed to black out.  The technique is silver paper art.  Over many years I have asked family and friends to save the silver paper from their households easter eggs.

The process is tracing an image on glass, for me this time is it was the Daisy panel.  I used a black permanent marker for the tracing, then you need to blackout around the image and in between so that only the outlined image shows through the glass, for this I used black warercolour paint from a tube.  (not the pan paint)

Using different coloured silver paper and ordinary sticky tape, you then collage the colours as to where you need them.  Remember when you are placing the silverpaper you are working from the front to the back (e.g. flower centres go on first, then the petals)

The process is not hard, I was taught when I was young, using a colouring book image to trace.

Parfum has a concentration of between 15% and 22% of the fragrance oils. Next is 'Eau de Parfum' with a concentration of between 8% and 15% - quite a popular choice for many women. Parfum femme pas cher
