The image is from The East Wind called "Dancing with a Polar Bear". As I am in the middle of summer, and certainly not a winter person, I decided it was about time polar bears got some colour.
The image has been coloured with Copic pens and Fussy Cut, once I layered the image onto the card, I gave the little girl's hat some Red Kindy Glitz glitter and the Polar Bear got Crystal, Yellow, Dusty Pink etc Kindy Glitz, all swirled around with my finger, which ended up very glitzy!
