Fan-Tastic Tuesday - Bright and Happy

I have chosen one of their sentiment stamps for my card this week.  Called "Sunshine Sentiment"  As the theme is Bright and Happy, I thought I would colour the image digitally, I have added some sunshine and then layer it on bright paper.
