Open Minded Crafting Challenge # 3, Feb 1 - Show Some Love

Welcome to our 3rd Challenge at Open Minded Challenge.  Where all types of crafting are welcome, a new challenge every fortnight, with lots of inspiration weekly. I chose an image from Scrappers delight this fortnight and made a journal for a bride to be.  The image is called "Rose Petal Digi 3".  I have used red as the main colour for the altered book, because it is the Bride's favourite colour and the colour she has chosen for her bridesmaids. 

I have coloured Rose Petal with Copic pens. Added foil lace which I also coloured with Copics.  Added some bling and and a glitter heart.  A bouquet a bouquet of roses, the leaves of the bouquet have been made with the Martha Stewart Branch punch. A typed title completed the journal cover. 

Inside I printed on the sheets of paper with simple images, mainly black and white, some coloured and I also added some thicker paper where Amanda can glue sample invitations etc.
